Member Registration Types and Fees

Full Conference Registration: For members to attend the entire conference.

  • Three-nights lodging at Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin. (Monday, May 15, Tuesday, May 16, and Wednesday, May 17, 2017). If you are invited to attend a Member Input Group (MIG) or Member Input Board (MIB) meeting, the night of May 18 will also be covered.
  • All education sessions.
  • All organized meal functions, including awards dinner.
  • Fee: $400 (There is an additional $188 fee to play golf or $238 fee if renting clubs.)

Member Day Pass Registration: For members who wish to attend the sessions/events on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.

  • Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Education sessions on Wednesday.
  • Supplier exhibits.
  • Closing reception.
  • Fee: $200

Awards Dinner Only Registration: For members who wish to only attend the Intalere Achievement Awards Dinner and Reception on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.

  • Does not include any other sessions, meals or activities.
  • Fee: $100

Guest Registration: For guests of registered attendees.

  • All organized meal functions.
  • Lodging in an attendee room only.
  • Fee: $350 (There is an additional $188 fee to play golf or $238 fee if renting clubs.)
